Out of the Abyss is an adventure for D&D 5e in which the players must escape from the depths of the Underdark and stop the demonic threat that threatens all of Faerûn. This adventure has a relatively short list of new items. Of particular note are two new mundane weapons, and spell gems. Spell gems function similarly to spell scrolls, but they are rechargeable.
