Dungeons and Dragons has a rich history of including dinosaurs in its content. Dinosaurs usually get relegated to subterranean pockets or islands of prehistory. The campaign settings of Ixalan and Eberron both feature dinosaurs as regular inhabitants of their worlds. Either way, featuring a few dinosaurs in your campaign is good fun for your players. This is especially true for druids who may be able to use them as a Wild Shape.
