Pathfinder Abomination Vaults is an adventure that was originally written for Pathfinder, but has been converted for the 5.5e D&D rule set. I’ve read through the adventure and I’m really excited to have the opportunity to run it. It has a very different feel than a lot of the other published adventures.

This book doesn’t contain a large number of magic items, but many of the ones it does have function a good bit differently than your standard D&D magic items. I’m guessing that’s due to the difference in source.

Several of these items are setting-specific, meaning that they have features and abilities that may not work outside of the setting they were written for. Many of the items are also narrowly focused on undead creatures.
